At the initiative of Mauritian Prime Minister Navinchandra Ramgoolam (who's also the chief patron of GOPIO International), the GOPIO International led by its president Mahyendrah Utchanah invited Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to participate in the weeklong Bhojpuri Festival.
