Real Estate is an area of deep interest for every Indian, as well as the NRIs who have links with India. NRIs in particular have found over the years that they get very handsome returns on their real estate investments in India. In our cover, we have real estate star Rohtas Goel, CMD, Omaxe Ltd. who was among the first to promote a NRI city several years back in Greater Noida.
