Indian giants are in buyout mode. So, watch out, lots of firms across the world are up for grabs. Leading the pack are traditional powerhouses Birlas and Tatas. Even comparatively smaller Indian firms are shopping for companies outside India. Acquire, Modify, Grow seems to be the new statement New India is making before the world.
