TAAD ASANA: Stand straight with spine erect, inhale and stretch taking your hands above your head while balancing on your toes and then exhale bringing your hands down by your side. Repeat this set 7 times dynamically.
TEERYAKTAAD ASANA: Stand straight with spine erect and inhale taking your hands up then bend to your right from the waist and in the same breath bend to your left and then come back to the first position, exhale and bring your hands down. Repeat this set 7 times dynamically.
ARDHKATTI CHAKRAASANA: Stand straight; put your right hand over your left shoulder and your left hand on your back. Inhale and turn from your waist to your right; in the same breath turn to your left and come back to original position and exhale. Repeat this set 7 times dynamically.
TEERYAK BHUJANG ASANA: Lie flat on your stomach and inhale, raising your upper torso with your navel touching the floor and arms positioned by your chest, turn your upper torso towards your right looking at your left toe then in the same breath twist your upper torso to the left looking at your right toe. Come back to the original position while exhaling. Repeat this set 7 times dynamically.
UDARAKARSHAN ASANA: Sit on your haunches, inhale and push the left knee in towards the right toe; the hands are pressing the right thigh against the stomach and face is turned back on the right.
In the same breath shift your body and push the right knee towards the left toe; the hands are pressing the left thigh against the stomach and the face is towards the back on the left.
Exhaling come back to the original position.
Repeat this set 7 times dynamically.
Now drink 2 glasses of the prepared water and repeat the entire set of 5 asanas in the same fashion. Again drink 2 glasses and repeat the entire set of 5 asanas for the third time. Finish the last 2 glasses, relax and wait for the call of nature and only then go to the toilet.
CAUTION: Do not put any pressure, allowing your body to function on its own. Relax completely for 45 minutes, by lying down but do not sleep. Keep your stomach light by intake of a light meal. Do these asanas only under the strict supervision of an expert.
