Montreal based Mr Suraj Sadan, President of the Mahatma Gandhi Foundation, collaborated with INDIA EMPIRE to give away prizes for a painting competition on peace at the India International Centre on December 5. Three awardees received prizes from High Commissioner of Canada in New Delhi, Mr Stewart G. Beck. Present also was Mr Simon Cridland, Counsellor and head – Advocacy Programme at the Canadian High Commission
