In our previous article on spiritual healing we had given a very effective and extremely powerful technique of self healing. The science of spiritual healing is equally effective in helping others like family members and friends. One can try these simple yet miraculous techniques for basic ailments and minor physical discomforts like gastric problems, indigestion, fever of toddlers etc.
These techniques are divided into four parts.
- Basic preparation
- Diagnostic analysis
- Aided purification
- Projection and rejuvenation
- One must remember that healing of others always needs some initial preparations which are mandatory to any spiritual healing technique.
- Always keep a bowl of water and sea salt by your side. After the process of purification, the used prana must be instructed to go into this unit as the salt absorbs negativity and should not be thrown just anywhere. The diseased prana is like the dust which you throw out of your house. It dirties wherever it is thrown. Hence like the dust the diseased prana too is put in a dustbin, here the sea salt water bowl.
- Healing should always be performed with detachment. One should never do it with the thought that it is you who is doing it as it tends to break the flow of the energy and results in depletion of your prana. It should be performed like the action similar to that of dusting a statue in your drawing room with an added thought that it is your Guru who is doing it.

Here we will make use of sea salt as an aid to bring down fever which is a very common form of malady, confronted by all of us. As an experiment for bringing down fever you may just do around a hundred sweeps with your hands or a handful of sea salt. Here one can also make use of neem leaves in case sea salt is not available, filling the whole body with violet and then whitish blue colour. You will be surprised to find the fever come down within minutes.
Sea salt is a very powerful transmuting agent. Sea salt water can also be used occasionally for wiping the floor of your house as it dispels a lot of negative or heavy prana.
