Gujarati Cuisine- Gujarati food is primarily vegetarian and the traditional Gujrati thali consists of plenty of appetizing dishes. It is one of the the oldest culinary treasures of India. The cuisine offers pleasing combination of sweet and sour flavours. Famous Gujrati dishes are khandvi, meethi kadhi, dhokla, undhiyun, bardoli ki khichdi, thepla, dal dhokli, puran poli, bajri no rotlo, doodhpak, bhinda nu shaak and kadh.
