Tourism activities that can be enjoyed in the Kingdom of Lesotho include nature and game reserves in the mountain and foothill areas of the country. These have accommodation on site or nearby where visitors can lodge. There are breathtaking mountain scenery and rivers. These also provide the much needed fresh air that one expects when they escape the busy city life. These mountains provide a platform for mountain climbing activities and also play host to the Roof of Africa rally that is an annual event that draws participants from all over the world.

Since the establishment of our Diplomatic Relations, India has helped Lesotho in the areas of Defence, Education, People to people contact, to name a few. We are looking forward to having more Investment Projects between Lesotho and India.

It is important for Lesotho that it should also look forward to import technology from India and both countries should work towards enhancing bilateral trade. We have also had high powered delegation visit of private sector and Government officials in 2014 led by then Prime Minister of Lesotho.
