We are also empanelled as National Key Resource Center (NKRC) by Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation, Government of India under the aegis of Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin) as also for taking on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects in water and sanitation. A Resource Centre for Water & Sanitation was also supported by IRC, Netherlands. HIHT has now been empanelled for Jal Jeevan Mission in Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh to provide functional household tap connection at each household.

Swami Rama’s emphasis was also on Education. Functional literacy, life skills, personality development, workshops, music, arts and games are enabled for both school and out-of-school children. Adolescent Resource Centres offering everything under one roof were also run. Vocational skills provided include: Industrial Sewing Machine Operation, Plumbing, Fashion Designing, Computer Hardware, and Mobile repairing and now solar.
