Training need of employees are assessed by HR department and based on the requirement employees are sponsored for programmes organised by reputed institutions like MANAGE, IIMs, in-house programmes organised by NCDC training academy in Gurugram, specialized training organised by international orgainsations like NEDAC, ICA, CICTAB etc. Besides, senior officers have led a delegation of cooperators to explore opportunities of cooperation in the areas of agriculture and allied sectors in cooperatives at Madrid, Spain and to SAIL Food fair at Paris, France, Malaysia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka etc.

As per Hon’ble PM’s inspiration to face COVID-19, Laxmanrao Inamdar National Academy of NCDC launched a professional training programme for various categories of officers on video learning mode throughout the country. NCDC contributed Rs. 5.5 crore to the PM CARES Fund to deal with COVID-19.
