AWARENESS OF SURYA CHAKRA
We all know that we come into this world alone ...
This is the state of the common man; who forgets that he is alone, he then gets troubled by those seeming to be close to him. Such a turbulent life leads to innumerable ailments and diseases, hyperactivity and a general state of dishevelment. In contrast a practitioner of Sanatan Kriya who follows the path of yoga and sadhna reaches a state of detachment wherein he does not get affected by anyone or any situation or for that matter by anything that happens around him. Neither is the practitioner troubled by anyone nor does he trouble anyone. While this state is devoid of emotional congestion it does not imply that he is missing out on any aspect of life. It’s like how it happens in a video game. Once you have crossed a particular level you won’t go back to it, for there are better, more exciting levels ahead. Similarly, while the body indulges in pleasures, it is merely experiencing the pleasure and not attaching itself to it.
Yogic techniques and practices prescribed in the Sanatan Kriya reveal that the root cause of the majority of problems lies in your Surya Chakra located in the solar plexus region. This chakra is highly volatile and forms connections with everyone we meet in our daily life. These connections can be seen clairvoyantly as tubes or strings. Constant exchange of energy of varying frequencies through these connections between people slowly congests the free flow of energy. We all know that your body is like a beautiful flowing river of energy called prana. And any congestions or blockages in this channel will obstruct the flow of prana. Interestingly, this is also the region where the thymus gland that is responsible for immunity and preservation and also all the organs that preserve the body are located. Due to the congestions the chakra gets into a state of imbalance and may get depleted or hyperactive. These etheric congestions manifest on the physical in the form of shortness of breath or deranged stomach. Physical ailments like asthma, high blood pressure and arthritis follow closely and if this imbalance continues for a long period of time it can also cause irreversible damages and even cancers!
