—Robert Toru Kiyosaki, author of Rich Dad Poor Dad series
Robert Kiyosaki is right on the money when it comes to advice on real estate investments. Even on a small scale, such investments remain a tried and tested means of building an individual’s cash flow and wealth. That is why we are taking a look at Omaxe Chowk, a flagship project of the Omaxe Group that is quite in the news.
What makes it so attractive is that it is located in the heart of Delhi, in Chandni Chowk in the Walled City. That makes it prime real estate in an area that is commercial and otherwise quite densely populated. According to the promoters that include Jatin Goel, Executive Director at Omaxe Ltd. (read interview), and scion of the established and well-known Goel family, Omaxe Chowk is spread across four a half acres of prime land with a built-up area of over a million square feet. It receives roughly half a million footfalls daily, including those of tourists. The property receives nearly half a million serious shoppers every month, and that makes it an attractive investment destination and promises to up one’s profit base exponentially.
It is said that the three most important rules in real estate are location, location and location. The importance of location cannot be overemphasized in this business. To that extent, Omaxe Chowk scores very high when it comes to location. Jatin himself says candidly that he has been inspired by his father, Rohtas Goel, who pioneered the NRI City in Greater Noida many years ago. He aims to carry forward his father’s vision to grow the company. At the same he’s clear that he wishes to curate the best for his clients and abide by the trust they’ve reposed in the company for years.
We’ve an interview with Chilean Ambassador to India H.E. Juan Angulo M. who confesses that relations between India and Chile are currently at their strongest.
