The Embassy of Luxembourg in New Delhi has appointed Mr Suresh Vaswani as the new Honorary Consul of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in Bengaluru, with consular jurisdiction over the State of Karnataka. MrVaswani is the first Honorary Consul of the newly created Consulate of Luxembourg in Bengaluru.

On 22 January 2021, His Royal Highness the Grand Duke of Luxembourg signed the Commission of appointment following the recommendation of the Government and the Hon’ble President of India, Shri Ram NathKovind, signed the Exequatur confirming the new Honorary Consul’s appointment on 3 March 2021.

Mr Vaswani is the founder of Global Ventures Investment and Advisory. He is also the co-founder of various companies “Smartice Global’’, “Vizmo” and “Rage Chocolatier”. He has been a Former Vice President of the Honorary Consular Corps Diplomatique (HCCD) India and was also a Director of FICAC, the World Federation of Consuls.
