“RERA and GST are landmark laws”

Where do you see Real Estate industry going five years down the line since RERA and GST have come into effect?

They are going to change the industry tremendously. We are already seeing reports that the kind of investments we are looking at in the real estate sector in this scenario is only an indication that RERA as well as GST are landmark laws. In the short run it is going to be same with both laws as people will take time to adapt to them.
