Spiritual Healing

PSpiritual healing is a much discussed and often misused science in today’s world, generating a lot of skepticism around it. However, the philosophy behind the science of spiritual healing is very precise, and it functions on the basic concept of prana. Prana is ‘The Force’ in the universe. There is nothing which is devoid of prana. It is the force that creates life in the physical, the force that maintains, the force that is constantly making things move from one dimension to another, past to present, to future.

Even today we have spiritual healers who have made miracles happen, have given hope to the dying, light to the blind and all this even without touching the person physically. This is not a normal science and the spiritual healers are true yogis. It is based on the simple concept of consciousness which is understood as one’s ability to manifest things in creation. We all are a part of one divine consciousness and are connected at one point, thereby explaining the concept of universal consciousness. Since we are related at this pranic level we can simply make the instructional frequency travel through our consciousness to the person to be healed. It is proven that energy follows thought and this law of nature is used by spiritual healers for distant healing.

One more concept that comes into play is that of the chakras. We have seven major chakras in our body namely, Mooladhar, Swadhishthan, Manipoorak, Anahaat, Vishudhi, Ajna and the Sahstraar. These chakras are the energy centres which draw in fresh prana from the environment and throw out the used up prana from the body like exhaust fans do. These seven major chakras govern every cell in the body.

These chakras are the receptor centres for the healing being performed. Depending upon the affected portion in the physical or based on the emotional state of the individual, an experienced healer first performs an analysis of the etheric state of the chakra and the energy body. This helps the healer get to the root of the symptom.
