What is your message to young doctors?

I would request all the young doctors coming out of medical schools to spend time with the underserved communities. Please get out of your comfort zone and go to the small towns because that’s where the real need of healthcare is. You will get a better pay, better experience, more name and fame and a much cleaner and pollution free environment.
